I moved to Australia from Singapore during the times of COVID. Despite the inherent difficulties, the services I received from Across International was well above my expectations (as I had heard and read horrid stories about movers and the experiences of others with them). To start with, Mr.Arun at Across was phenomenally responsive and helpful at every step of the way till the cargo was delivered to our house in Sydney. Secondly, the packers that came to our house in Singapore were amazingly professional but more importantly very understanding of our needs and did everything to meet them - so good wishes to both Arun and the packing team. Our goods arrived in Sydney intact with not a single dent or damage to any of the items - is a testament to the excellent skills of the Across packing team. We, like many others, had feared of the worst but were pleasantly surprised. Lastly, their partners here in Sydney, Chess Moving were accommodative and helpful too during the lockdown period - they delivered the goods during Sydney lockdown and on the day we moved to our new home! Having had the experience with Across International, I would highly recommend anyone who is moving out of Singapore to try them out

They respondended quickly to requests for quotes and their prices were very reasonable compared with other company's quotes. They arrived on time to pack up our furniture and they did a very good job of packing it up. There were no issues with customs clearance and everything went smoothly. The goods arrived in Australia on time as expected and the agent in Australia very kindly did not charge us for storage even though they could not deliver for 6 weeks due to lockdowns. I would highly recommend this company if you want to get good service for a reasonable price in these covid times when shipping has become super expensive.

The service has nothing but short of excellence! From the initial quote stage, to planning, packing, shipping and unloading. Everyone in the company I have worked with is very engaged, service oriented and took the stress & hassle of moving cross countries. The items were packed with extra care. Across Relocation's team were great to work with. My helper absent mindedly left cash lying around. Across's staff were able to locate which box the money were packed into and very kindly took the effort to find the cash. I was very impressed with their honestly, reliability and fuss free engagement. I am extremely happy with the company's service level, staff commitment and flexibility in accommodating to my requests. Keep up the good work!
